The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention/usage period prescribed by law or agreed upon with the information subject at the time of collection.

• Member Registration and Management: Until membership withdrawal
• However, in the following cases, until the termination of such reasons:
• Until the conclusion of any investigation/inquiry due to violation of relevant laws
• Until settlement of any remaining debts/credits arising from service use

The Company provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with information subject consent or special legal provisions.

The Company processes the following items during member registration:

• Required Items: SNS unique ID, email address, name (nickname), profile image
• Optional Items: Contact info
• Automatically Collected Items: Connection IP info

7. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of retention periods or achievement of processing purposes.

8. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

The Company takes safety measures such as internal management plans, regular staff training, access control systems, and encryption as prescribed by the Personal Information Protection Act.
