Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms aim to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using services provided by ieumQR (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Definitions for terms used in these terms are as follows:

  1. "Service" refers to the QR code generation and management service provided by the Company.
  2. "Member" refers to an individual or entity that has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and use the services provided by the Company.
  3. "ID" refers to a combination of characters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

1. These terms apply to all members intending to use the service.

2. The Company may modify the terms when necessary, and the modified terms take effect by being posted on service notices or provided to members through other methods.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services:

  • QR code generation and management service
  • QR code scan statistics provision service
  • Other services developed or provided through alliances by the Company

2. The Company may modify the content and scope of services, in which case it will announce the changes and effective dates in advance.

Article 5 (Service Usage Hours)

1. Services are provided 24 hours a day, year-round, in principle.

2. The Company may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, expansion, or replacement, and will announce scheduled suspensions in advance.

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

Members shall not perform the following acts:

  1. Theft of others' information
  2. Changing information provided by the Company's service
  3. Acts prohibited by law and these terms using the service
  4. Acts interfering with the stable operation of the service
Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright)

1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights for services provided by the Company belong to the Company.

2. Members shall not use information obtained through the service for profit or allow third parties to use it through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, etc., without the Company's prior consent.

Article 8 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)

1. When a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, they can withdraw using the membership withdrawal function within the service.

2. The Company may restrict service use if a member violates these terms.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision if it cannot provide service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service suspension by telecommunications carriers.

2. The Company is not responsible for service usage obstacles caused by the member's fault.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Interpretation of these terms and disputes between the Company and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. If a lawsuit is filed regarding disputes arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall be the jurisdictional court.

These terms take effect from April 1, 2025.
